The body is cut and sewn from patterned polyester panels, built like a custom garment rather than a plain tube. That tailoring holds the shape in wind - arms stay arm-shaped, logos stay legible, and curved details do not collapse. Internal baffles split the body into separate air chambers, so each limb inflates fully and moves on its own, creating a lifelike waving motion.
Setup takes two people about five minutes: unroll, stake the four corners, connect the blower, and plug in. The body packs into an oxford carry bag about the size of a large duffel that fits in a standard sedan trunk.

A: We accept AI, PSD, CDR, PDF (vector preferred), or high-resolution PNG/JPG. If you only have a rough sketch or photo, our in-house design team can convert it into production-ready artwork.
Q2: How close is the finished product to my design?
A: We guarantee 10% shape deviation from the approved digital proof. Before production, you receive a 2D technical flat showing every panel with dimensions. After sewing, you receive a 360-degree inflation video for final sign-off.
Q3: Can complex details like facial features or small text be reproduced?
A: Yes, via dye-sublimation printing. However, we recommend minimum feature sizes based on the overall height - for example, on a 4 m figure, text should not be smaller than 8 cm tall and facial details (eyes, mouth) should span at least 15 cm to remain legible at distance.
