The structure is produced from PVC Oxford waterproof fabric. The arch can be customized in size, entrance text, logo placement and marine artwork. Customers may send a sketch, brand file or reference image for review before production. The design team can then confirm the artwork layout, color balance and printing area before the fabric is cut. During sewing, the seams and stress points are reinforced to support regular inflation and deflation. The finished product is inflated for at least 24 hours before shipment for an airtightness check. Fabric, stitching and printed details are also inspected by the QC team.
The package includes an air blower, repair kit and anchor ropes. For outdoor use, the arch should be installed on a suitable surface and secured according to local wind conditions and the supplied operating instructions. Once an event has ended, the arch can be deflated, folded and rolled for storage or transport. This allows event operators to move it between venues without handling a rigid entrance structure.
