What separates a film-character inflatable from a generic cartoon balloon is accuracy. Clients who order these pieces are usually launching a movie tie-in, an IP exhibition or a seasonal brand activation, and visitors will notice immediately if the character's eyes, belly color or paw proportions are off. Our studio therefore turns your reference art into a 3D mockup first, locks the proportions with you, and only then moves to printing and cutting - the character you approve on screen is the one that arrives on site.

Setting one up on event day takes two people under half an hour:

1. Unfold the figure on a clean tarp and connect the matched centrifugal blower to the dedicated sleeve at the base.
2. Plug into a standard wall outlet - the blower runs continuously while the figure is on display, so no periodic re-inflation is needed.
3. Tie out the reinforced D-rings at the base with the included ropes and ground stakes; add sandbags on paved surfaces where stakes cannot be driven.
4. Switch on the internal LED string (if ordered) from the inline switch, and the figure glows through the printed fabric after dark.
5. At pack-down, unplug the blower, let the figure deflate naturally, fold it along the existing seams, and stow it back in the included storage bag.

Every order moves through the same seven-stage build: customer brief → 3D modeling → pattern opening and color proofing → high-definition heat transfer printing → precision sewing → structural reinforcement at tie-down points → final deflation test before packing.

The shell is a three-layer PLATO PVC tarpaulin: a printed top coat that carries the artwork, a woven polyester scrim in the middle that gives tensile strength, and a matte bottom coat that handles abrasion from the ground. Across the standard range we offer 48 ready-to-use colors in matte and gloss finishes, so clients can match brand guidelines without custom dye runs.

For larger figures above 6 meters we upgrade to a heavier scrim weight to reduce sway; for small tabletop or parade units we switch to a lighter gauge for easier carrying.

Q: Can it stay outside in the rain?

A: The PVC shell and blower are water-resistant and handle light rain and morning dew without issue. For multi-day outdoor events in heavy rain, cover the blower motor with the included rain hood and deflate during overnight downpours.

Q: How much wind can it handle?

A: With all D-rings tied out and sandbags applied, the figures are rated for Beaufort scale 3–4 (gentle to moderate breeze). In stronger wind we recommend deflating overnight or repositioning the figure out of open exposure.

Q: What happens if a blower or LED fails on site?

A: We ship one spare fuse set and a quick-connector tool with each order. The blower and LED driver are both external units and can be swapped in minutes; extra blowers or LED strings are available on request.

Q: Do you ship to the US / EU / Australia?

A: Yes. We supply matched plugs for US, EU, UK, AU, Swiss and Danish outlets, and we ship by express courier, air freight or sea freight depending on size and deadline.

Q: How long is production?

A: A single custom figure typically takes 10–15 working days from artwork approval, depending on size and print complexity. Rush production is available - tell us your event date and we will work backward.

Q: Is the material safe for indoor events around children?

A: The PVC is fire-retardant, non-toxic and lead-free, and the printed inks are rated for outdoor exposure without heavy-metal bleed. Blowers are enclosed and the intake is covered by a safety net.

Q: Can I use my own licensed character design?

A: Yes. We ask clients to confirm they hold the rights or license to the character before we print, since we reproduce your artwork as-is.

Blowers carry TUV and CE certification; the printed PVC material meets RoHS standards for restricted substances. Test reports and certificate copies are available on request when you send your inquiry.

We build to your reference art, your event height, and your brand colors. For atrium installations we size the blower plug and cable length to your venue's available outlets, and we reinforce the base for paved floors where stakes cannot be driven.
